General Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As General Manager, you are responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant ensuring our team and guests are consistently taken care of at all times in accordance with our brand standards, values and expectations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Staffing, training and development of all team members
• Direct supervision of the kitchen and coffee bar operations
• Sales and profit growth in accordance with budgeted expectations
• Execution of all company standards, policies and procedures
• Consistent demonstration of our values and guiding principles
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Passion, compassion, focus and drive

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Five+ years of restaurant management experience at least two years as AGM or GM
• Consistent track record of success
• Ability to attract, hire and develop team members and managers
• Passion for clean food and restaurants
• Positive and can- do attitude
